Last year, Mr Mannix and Mr Joy's 5th classes entered the 'Heritage Hunters' local history competition. The title of their project was "The Slice in Red - A history of O'Sullivan's Bakery". After entering the competition, Radio Kerry visited 5th class last June to record a podcast based on the project. This episode of Heritage Hunters is due to be broadcast either this Thursday or Friday morning during Kerry Today (9am to 11am).
